Fettucini Alfredo

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 12 ounce package egg noodles
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1+ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/2+ cup 1/2 and 1/2
  • course ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a 2 quart casserole dish in oven while cooking noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles when finished cooking
  2. Place soft butter in hot casserole dish.
  3. Add cooked noodles to hot casserole and toss gently.
  4. Add cheese and toss. Add cream and blend (lightly toss).
  5. Sprinkle with pepper.
  6. I tend to use a little more cheese and 1/2 and 1/2 than the recipe calls for.
