Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 2 family size tea bags (I use decaf so I can have it any time of the day)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups pineapple juice
  • 3/4 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Add cinnamon stick and cloves to water, (I put the cloves in a cheese cloth or tea steeper so they are easy to remove) and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add tea bags and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain or pull out cinnamon stick and cloves.
  3. Mix fruit juices with sugar and heat to boiling. Combine mixture and serve hot.
  4. Serves 10-12

Notes

I usually double this recipe and put leftover in a pitcher in the fridge. Then when I’m ready I pour into a mug and warm in the microwave.
