Teriyaki Marinade for Flank Steak or Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons green onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • flank steak or chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Pour over meat and marinate 4 hours or more.
  2. Cook over hot coals. Baste occasionally with leftover marinade.
  3. Carve flank steak diagonally.
